Thought to be a relative of sorts to Faolan, Atua is treated as a demigod on Runestone island and is held in high regard.

A deity spirit, an elf, a fairy, or even a supreme being... all things he had told them, all of which were lies. Atua, meaning Act, holds almost too closely to his name. His personality, story, emotions, thoughts, words... all of it is fabricated, crafted precisely to suit the individual standing before him, to trick them into liking him more than he believes they would have otherwise. But why? That is the eternal question, for Atua's act holds its ground to all, at times even to himself.
