Although her father tried to shield her from it, the stigma which rests over those born with mutations dubbed legendary fell upon Ashe and she was called to serve the world when the Void fell upon it, casting darkness throughout the land. Ashe stands as the light, her task to reduce and erase the threat of the Void, first by removing those who have been infected before their mind joins the hive.

In the time of such severe darkness, Ashe found her own type of light in the optimistic and sweet Xiuh. It didn't take long for the pair to become mates and, despite both of their hesitance, have a viscling of their own. However, the darkness of the world would not be ignored, and Ashe accidentally blinded her daughter while trying to protect her. Now facing the raging infected and struggling to raise a viscling of her own which is unable to control her own power or see, Ashe has found herself in far deeper than she could have imagined.
